Northern Funk band Smoove and Turrell are set to perform in Carlisle next year.
Smoove and Turrell, have been leading the way for the last 10 years. With six albums of music in their repertoire, they have consistently enjoyed extensive mainstream radio airplay and rave press reviews.
The band are acclaimed for their outstanding live performances. They combine infectious songs with fabulous musicianship and John Turrell’s classic soul man vocals.
A modern take on vintage 70s soul Funk, the band is known for rich song writing combined with catchy hooks, in the pocket grooves and features three outstanding soulful vocalists.
