POPULAR Celtic-fusion band Peatbog Faeries are set to visit Carlisle next year as part of their 2024 tour.
Hailing from the Isle of Skye, the legendary Scottish trailblazers have created a mixture of traditional sounds and dance-floor grooves that have been embraced worldwide.
Drawing upon a dazzling myriad of influences from jigs and reels through dance music, jazz, African, and more, they bring the sound of Scotland 'fresh-faced and breathless' to new audiences around the world.
Since forming in 1991, the Peatbog Faeries have steadily grown in popularity and success, building up a loyal fanbase not just in Scotland, but around the world.
The band have gone international with their unique, experimental brand of Celtic music, and have performed to audiences across the globe.
Peatbog Faeries will play at the Old Fire Station in Carlisle on Wednesday, March 20, with the show set to start at 8pm.
Tickets cost £22 and are available on the Old Fire Station website.
