VISITORS to the Lake District are being encouraged to use bus services.
Stagecoach bus services operate throughout the Lake District and can provide access to several key locations that are popular to visit.
A spokesperson from Visit Keswick and the Lake District said: "We are blessed with some fantastic and reliable bus routes in The Lake District.
"And with single fares being capped at £2 until the end of the year, getting the bus to your destination in our opinion is a no-brainer.
"Getting the bus removes the stress of parking, saves money on fuel, saves money on parking charges, and lets you take in the beautiful views on your journey.
