BOYDELL Elizabeth Sally, Carol and Katie thank everyone for their kindness, support, cards and messages of sympathy following the death of their mother, Liz. Special thanks to Geoffrey Hine and the staff at the Eden Valley Hospice for the loving dignified care given to her in her last weeks.
