Carlisle United’s Supporters’ Group (CUSG) are holding a race night at Brunton Park on Friday, November 1.
Entry is free but fans are asked to register to book places.
The event, which is being staged at Foxy’s Restaurant in partnership with United and IM Events, consists of eight races.
CUSG chairman Simon Clarkson said: “The eight races will be shown from the projector with fans having the chance to be the owner of a horse for the evening,” he said.
“It’s a chance to have a little flutter and to help us raise some money to be used on fan-based initiatives.
“Winning horse owners of each race scoop a prize donated by Carlisle United. Our race sponsors have been very supportive.”
Horses are £5 to purchase and races can be sponsored for £100. The bar will be open for refreshments and the limited edition Jimmy Glass ale will be on sale.
