Carlisle United will be in the FA Cup second round draw after their 2-1 victory over Tranmere Rovers at Brunton Park.

The Blues will learn their next opponents when the draw is made on Monday evening.

Paul Simpson's side will be ball number 14 in the draw.

The draw will be held from 7pm and will be shown live on BBC2 and across the FA Cup's social media channels.

United earned their place in the draw thanks to Jordan Gibson and Jayden Harris's goals against Tranmere on Saturday.

Some non-league minnows remain in the competition - such as Southern Premier side Alvechurch, who shocked League One side Cheltenham Town with a 2-1 away win.

Chippenham Town from National League South are in the hat after dumping League One side Lincoln City out of the cup with a 1-0 home win.

Farnborough, also from National League South, are through after a shock 2-0 win at League Two club Sutton United.

And National League North outfit King's Lynn Town are also in the hat after a 1-0 upset at League Two side Doncaster Rovers.

Other minnows still in with a shout include Buxton, who beat Merthyr Town on Saturday, Curzon Ashton, who earned a replay with Cambridge United on Sunday, Chelmsford City, who face a replay against Barnet, and Bracknell Town, who face Ipswich Town on Monday.
