Keith Millen spoke of the positivity of cup runs after Carlisle United got past Lincoln City in the Papa John's Trophy.
The Blues won 4-3 on penalties at Brunton Park after the game had ended 1-1 after 90 minutes.
United are now in the last 16 of the competition - as they now prepare for another knockout game against League One opposition when Shrewsbury visit in the FA Cup on Saturday.
