Keith Millen gave his first press conference today after his appointment as Carlisle United's new manager.
The 55-year-old faced questions on a range of subjects as he started life in the hotseat at Brunton Park.
Among the topics covered, we asked Millen about the fact he had been named manager and not 'head coach', how recruitment would work under his regime, whether he had January targets already in mind, and why he doesn't want the "r-word" - relegation - in the building despite the Blues' position near the foot of League Two.
