It's a question that has baffled Carlisle United fans on social media - just who is the mystery player on the right of this photo?
The man on the left is German midfielder Tobias Zellner, who had a short-lived spell with the Blues early in the 2000/1 season.
But the identity of the other player caused hours of head-scratching among the Carlisle faithful when we produced it from our archives today.
We received lots of incorrect guesses, ranging from Chay Hews to Stephane Lemarchand, John Inglis to Jonny Blom, Mo Harkin to Olli Kangaslahti.
All wrong - but finally one United fan cracked it.
Hats off to Dan MacLennan who, with help from @WATP_040 on Twitter, correctly identified our mystery man as Eric van Kessel.
He was a Dutch left-back who was briefly on trial with the Cumbrians early in that campaign.
It was a short lived and clearly unmemorable spell at Brunton Park for a player who had previously been on the books of PSV Eindhoven, KSK Beveren, De Graafschap, FC Groningen, FC Utrecht and KFC Lommelse SK.
Van Kessel's move to England did not yield a contract at Carlisle, who were managed at the time by Ian Atkins.
He later joined Bristol Rovers but left the club after a fruitless few months and returned to Belgium with Overpelt Fabriek VV.
