Carlisle United's next game has a new kick-off time.

The table-topping Blues host ninth-placed Leyton Orient this Saturday.

And the game has been brought forward to a 1pm kick-off from the originally scheduled 3pm, after talks between the two clubs.

The match will be United's first at Brunton Park to be played behind closed doors for more than a month, after Cumbria was placed into Tier 4 of Covid-19 restrictions.

It is the latest of several games this season to be switched to an earlier kick-off, as travelling clubs try to ease the effects of long journeys on players.

Fans must now relay on iFollow as the only way to watch Carlisle games live.

The Blues have given an update to season-ticket holders after the move to Tier 4, which ends the recent spell of 2,000 supporters being allowed to return to Brunton Park.

United say: "Season ticket holders who paid by cash or card will receive free iFollow access for all future home games where fans cannot attend.

"Fans who are paying by direct debit will have their future payments stopped, and any January payments which have already been taken this month will be automatically repaid in the next 7–-10 days. There will be no iFollow access for fans who paid for their season ticket by direct debit.

"There will be no refunds given for any fan who paid for their season ticket by cash or card as per the information announced on November 27.

"Due to age restrictions, U7, U11 and Junior Season Ticket Holders under the age of 16 will not receive iFollow access."
