Carlisle United have revealed Derby County striker Jahmal Hector-Ingram is one of their deadline-day transfer targets.
The Blues took the unusual step of officially naming one of the players they are looking at ahead of the 5pm deadline for domestic transfer deals.
United's director of football David Holdsworth said Hector-Ingram, 21, was a "player of interest" to the Cumbrians.
The Championship prospect has made two first-team appearances for the Rams, including one sub outing in their 2-1 Championship defeat at Luton this season.
He joined Derby in summer 2019 after a spell at West Ham.
Hector-Ingram impressed for the Rams' Under-23s last season, scoring 22 goals before the Covid-19 pandemic intervened.
This earned the frontman a nomination for the Premier League 2 player of the season award, a prize eventually claimed by Liverpool's Curtis Jones.
