Workington Reds have confirmed that Jordan Holt has rejoined the club for a third spell.
The former Carlisle United midfielder has signed for the Boroguh Park club subject to international clearance.
It follows a summer trial for Holt, who was with Annan Athletic last season.
The 20-year-old featured in a 4-3 win over Lancaster for Danny Grainger's side on Saturday.
Afterwards, Holt said on Reds' website: “It’s never nice being labelled a trialist.
“I’ve had to prove myself again but now I’ve signed, it’s been worth it.
“I just want to cement my place in the team.
“Competition for places is high but I’ve just got to prove myself and once I get that chance, I need to stay in the team and keep working hard.”
Dan Wordsworth, Scott Allison (two) and Brad Carroll were on target for Grainger's side as they came from behind to beat the Dolly Blues.
