Workington Reds boss Danny Grainger has made two changes to the side that won 3-0 at Colne last weekend for today's game against promotion hopefuls Marske United (Borough Park, 3pm ko), including dropping his captain to the bench due to injury.

Conor Tinnion drops to the bench with a groin injury concern picked up in training and Grainger said he was not willing to risk losing his skipper for a lengthy period. Vice-captain Brad Carroll is set to wear the armband this afternoon.

As well as being forced to remove Tinnion from the starting lineup, Grainger has also elected to bring Nathan Waterston into the side at the expense of Charlie Bowman, who will be on the bench.

Reds: Atkinson, Hebson, Brockbank, Wordsworth, Smith, Casson, Symington, Carroll, Allison, Hubbold, Waterston. Subs: Little, Tinnion, Lonsdale, Bowman, Clarke.

Marske United: Norton, May, O'Sullivan, Garbutt, Burgess, Wheatley, Martin, Gott, Johnson, Stephenson, Round. Subs: Blackford, Butterworth, Plant, Clark, Wilkinson.
