PAUL BIRD MOTORSPORT, the reigning Bennetts British Superbike champions, have announced that their title sponsors for the 2020 season will be multi-award winning video-telematics provider VisionTrack.

Team owner Paul Bird, whose company is based at Langwathby, near Penrith, said: “We are delighted to welcome Simon [Marsh, managing director] and the rest of the VisionTrack team to PBM Ducati for the 2020 season. We hope to continue our success with them on board.

“There’s a lot of pressure on us to deliver again after such a successful season in 2019 but we have the riders, the bikes, the team and importantly, the commercial partners to allow us to do that.

“We are now focussing on our pre-season test schedule to ensure we arrive at Silverstone in shape to defend our title.”

March said: “Being massive supporters of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, the opportunity to join the most successful team in the history of the series was too good to pass by, so we are delighted to be teaming up with Paul Bird Motorsport.

“We are a rapidly growing company and we look forward to the exposure both trackside and on TV, with the VisionTrack Ducati riders hopefully leading from the front again, which makes it a perfect match and partnership for 2020.”
