Carlisle United's final pre-season friendly will see the Blues make a 534-mile round trip to face Ross County.

United will head to the Highlands to face the newly-promoted Scottish Premiership side a week before their league campaign starts.

The Cumbrians today confirmed the fixture at Dingwall, which completes their six-match pre-season programme.

Steven Pressley's side will face Steven Ferguson and Stuart Kettlewell's men on Saturday, July 27, kick-off 3pm.
