Workington Town’s Perry Singleton is set to face off with his older brother Brad for the first time in tonight’s clash at Headingley (7.45pm kick-off).

And the strong-running centre told the Leeds website he won’t be taking it easy on his brother in the Challenge Cup game.

“Leeds are a top side, they will come good and they need time to gel. However, we would like to win tonight and get our name into the hat for the next round,” he said.

“I have been there and watched Brad play on many occasions and it will be great to get out there and get involved, as it will be for all the Workington lads and the fans.”

Singleton admitted coach Leon Pryce has been an inspiration this week.

He added: “Leon’s experience is rubbing off on us.

"We look to Leon for guidance because he has played in the big games and won them. We all look up to him and respect him and we will take the knowledge he has given us on to the field.”
