Gari Rowntree is back in the Workington Reds defence for today's home clash with Bamber Bridge, ko 3pm.
Rowntree returns after a suspension and will play his part in the first match that manager Lee Andrews has targeted in a four game run for the side as they look to escape the relegation zone.
Kieran Maguire is also back and available and he takes his place on the Reds bench, alongside the returning Dave Symington, Brad Hubbold, Kyle May and youngster Sheldon Mossop.
