Carlisle's own Hardwicke Circus are set to perform a warm-up gig in Cumbria next month ahead of a two-week tour in South Africa.
The Carlisle-born band have been invited to perform in South Africa over two weeks at the end of November, and are visiting The Source Collective before they fly.
They said: "In a bid to win over the southern hemisphere we'll be playing lots of shows in Cape Town and Johannesburg, and we might just sneak in some recording. Before we fly we're doing a warm up show at The Source Collective in Denton Holme, Carlisle, on Thursday, November 14 The support band is the Wigton rabble 'Antics Band' and it promises to a belter night."
Tickets cost £10 or £12 on the door and are available now.
