A NEW course designed to help people turn idea's into successful social enterprises is being launched in Cumbria.
The School of Social Enterprise is offering free training for individuals interested in starting their own social enterprises.
This 10-day course will provide the tools, guidance, and expert advice needed to turn ideas into successful businesses that benefit the community.

Kendal:

- Dates: Nov 27, Dec 4, 11, Jan 6, 13, 20 (Plus online check-ins with experienced mentors)
Penrith:
- Location: Methodist Church, Wordsworth Street, Penrith, CA11 7QY
- Dates: Nov 4, 11, 18, 25, Dec 2, 9 (Plus online check-ins with experienced mentors)
Barrow:
- Location: Cricket Club, Ernest Pass Memorial Ground, Abbey Road, Barrow-in-Furness, LA13 9JS
- Dates: Oct 17, 24, 31, Nov 7, 14, 21 (Plus online check-ins with experienced mentors)
