A Penrith takeaway is going for glory again and is turning to their loyal patrons for help.

After winning Best Takeaway in England at the 2023 England’s Business Awards, the family-run business, owned by Yannis Papameletis and partner Maria, is hoping to defend Just Greek's title in 2024.

Now, with less than 30 days left to vote, the duo is encouraging customers to show their support by voting via text or online.

"I want to thank everyone who has nominated us again, we are back in thanks to you all," Yannis said. 

"If you like who we are and if you also like what we do then please vote for us," he said. 

After being crowned best in the country, on the back of earlier triumph at the Cumbria Retail Business Awards 2023, Yannis described the moment as 'too big to comprehend'.
