WHITEHAVEN Coastguard were called out to assist a person in the water in West Cumbria.
The incident took place in St Bees on September 22 and was resolved upon arrival.
In a post on social media, Whitehaven Coastguard wrote: "We were tasked this evening for the 5th time this weekend. This time reports of a person in the water in need of assistance at St Bees.
"Maryport Coastguard Rescue Team, along with colleagues from Cumbria Police, North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, and St Bees RNLI were also in attendance.
"On arrival, the person was safely out of the water and so Coastguard and RNLI teams were stood down."
