POLICE are appealing for information following reports of a man exposing himself in the Carlisle area.
Cumbria Police were called at 2.48pm yesterday (September 19), to reports of indecent exposure near the pipe bridge on the path by the River Caldew between Denton Holme and Cummersdale.
Despite a search of the area, the man, described as in his 20s, small build, wearing grey joggers and with blonde hair, was not found.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "We are appealing to anyone with information or footage relating to or witnessed activity involving a male matching the description in or around the area, please contact police.
"Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it , quoting incident number 147 of 19 September 2024.
"You can also phone on 101.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
