PLUMPTON's Pot Place has had 'yet another successful delivery' of medical vehicles to Ukraine's frontline.
After getting the ferry, the team travelled across European borders to the Lviv region with a Peugeot and Toyota 4WD rescue vehicle, full of supplies donated locally.
Upon arrival, they were met by Lviv EMS, who provide emergency services to the region and support those on the front line in the east.
This marks the 17th vehicle they have sent since the Russian invasion began.
Paul Thomas, co-owner of the garden centre, said: "We were shown the site, only a few hundred metres from the ambulance base we deliver to, where the missile attacks on September 4th killed seven including a mother and her three daughters.
"Totally pointless waste of precious lives.
"This makes us even more determined to continue supporting the men and women who are the first to run towards these tragic and dangerous situations," he said.
Despite the recent announcement of the garden centre near Penrith being up for sale due to retirement plans, Paul assured the public that the team will continue to deliver vehicles to the frontline.
Currently, the garden centre is collecting warm clothing for babies, children, and teenagers, which will be picked up by Steve Hodgson and taken across at the end of the month.
"Bring to the garden centre whatever you can spare - thank you for all your support," he said.
