AN INSIGHTFUL networking event will take place in Cumbria later this month, with the aim of helping businesses better understand how to engage and inspire their employees.
in-cumbria and Realise HR present Table Talk: Inclusion Revolution- a session designed to help businesses in the county better understand 'how to engage, inspire and unite all of your employees'.
Business people from across the county are invited to join local panellists at the "Inclusion Revolution" table talk, where networkers are able to find out how they have developed a positive work culture to drive business success.
This insightful event is designed to help you create an inclusive culture, where every employee feels valued and empowered and look at how to drive engagement, boost morale, and create a sense of belonging that supports differences in the workplace.
Hosted by Newsquest Cumbria Sales Director Emily Wood the panel includes: Claire McLean, CEO and founder of Realise HR; Peter Fleming, Founder and consultant at Peter Fleming Business Consultancy; Yann Besombes, Hotel manager at The Halston; Ian Purdham, Managing Director at Story Plant Ltd. and Shelley Hayward, Head of Engagement & Learning at Cumberland Building Society.
