A SALE has been agreed on a former Thai restaurant in Carlisle.
The former Ruen Thai, which Sidney Phillips Limited listed, was being marketed with a fixed price of £150,000.
The listing followed after the restaurant on Carlisle's Crosby Street moved to its new location on 5 Cecil Street earlier this year.
The restaurant formally reopened under its new name Ruen Chao Phraya Thai Food on February 28.
The former restaurant building, built as a detached two-storey building, is capable of accommodating 120 occupants.
