Marco Pierre White has launched a range of premium meats, pâtés, terrines and smoked salmon.

The new range, launched under the brand 'Farmhouse Cuisine by Marco Pierre White,' was created for chefs and is part of Mr White's investment in a Cumbrian business that specialises in butchery products.

These include cooked, cured and smoked meats, sausages and smoked fish, all made with locally sourced ingredients.

Mr White, who is three Michelin starred, said: "Einstein once said that the only source of knowledge is experience, and I have that in abundance.

"Creative recipes are often full of complexity, but I have always been committed to helping chefs simplify that journey, so these products have been developed from the chef’s perspective in order to save them time and to help them develop their skill set in the kitchen."

Mr White will support the launch by creating recipe videos featuring selected products from the range.

These will demonstrate the various ways the products can save chefs time and money.

The videos will be available on the Farmhouse Cuisine website, along with detailed product information.

In addition to 'Farmhouse Cuisine by Marco Pierre White,' the business offers the wholesale sector a wide selection of chilled and frozen meats, ready-to-eat meats, cooked meats, stocks, smoked meats, pâtés, and terrines.

They also produce and pack smoked and poached salmon.

Its in-house manufacturing capabilities allows it to offer customers bespoke product development, from sourcing raw ingredients to delivering the finished product.
