A LUXURY train will be pulling into Carlisle tomorrow afternoon (June 15), being brought by the steam loco 34067 Tangmere.
Leaving from Leeds Station at 5.40am, the Northern Belle is set to arrive at Carlisle Railway Station at 12.40pm after travelling through Oxenholme Lake District and Penrith North Lakes' stations.
The train will spend some time in Carlisle before departing at 2.17pm, passing through Appleby at around 3pm.
As of today (June 14), some tickets are still available for the Settle & Carlisle Steam Special.
The Northern Belle’s journey over the Settle-Carlisle line was previously featured on Channel 5’s The World’s Most Scenic Railway Journeys programme.
