CUMBRIA Police have confirmed that a National Police Air Service (NPAS) helicopter was deployed over Carlisle following an incident.
NPAS assistance came as officers conduct enquiries following a report of a robbery in a car park on London Road, Carlisle.
Police received the report at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, June 6, which involved a man approaching two men in a vehicle.
It was reported that the man was in possession of a knife.
No one was injured during the incident.
