Hospice at Home west Cumbria are looking for any donations for their Christmas knitted novelties.
With Christmas fast approaching their team are busy knitting novelty items that can be given to people along with sweets like chocolate.
They are looking to the public to donate any sweet treats to help with this.
A spokesperson said: "Our incredibly talented craft volunteers are knitting up a frenzy to create Christmas knitted novelties to support Hospice at Home West Cumbria.
"These amazing knits sit over Terry's Chocolate Oranges, Ferrero Rocher or Smarties and make the perfect decorative and yummy Christmas gift for someone special.
"If you would like to help us spread a little Christmas cheer, we would be very grateful for donations of Chocolate Oranges, Ferrero Rocher or Smarties. Donations can be dropped off at our stores in Workington or Cockermouth, at our Donation Centre in Workington, or at the reception of our Therapy and Information Centre on Finkle Street in Workington."
