A special bird of prey exhibition and display will take place later this month.

The Farlam Hall in Hallbankgate will host the bird of prey display, which is going to be led by Cumberland Bird of Prey Centre.

A spokesperson from Farlam Hall wrote on their events page describing the event: “After the success of our previous Bird of Prey display, led by Cumberland Bird of Prey Centre, we are excited to announce we will be hosting the event again on August 30, 2022, 2:30pm to 4:30pm at Farlam Hall Hotel and Restaurant, Hallbankgate.

“This event is free to all locals and hotel residents.

“Join us to learn all about birds of prey, watch live flying demonstrations and even get up close and handle the birds yourself.

“Our bar and terrace will be open all day for you to enjoy where you can choose from hot and cold food and drink from our lounge menu.”

Farlam Hall is described as a stunning property located in Cumbria that offers a unique blend of luxury accommodation, self-catering cottages, award-winning dining and the perfect venue for any special occasion including weddings.
