Police are asking people for information about a diesel theft.
The diesel was stolen from Thursby Waste Water Treatment Plant on the evening of July 22, 2022.
A spokesperson from Cumbria police said in a public appeal released today (August 17): "It has been reported that offenders using a white van and a white SUV forced entry to the plant and removed two thousand litres of diesel before being disturbed and leaving the area."
