THOUSANDS basked in the glorious sunshine at the Dalston Show that was returning after a three year break due to the pandemic.
The villages' annual helping of showtime saw families turn out to enjoy a showcase of local agriculture and rural skills.
Trophy secretary, Gillian Potts, said the show taking place today "chalk and cheese" compared to the 2019 event, where heavy downpours led to a washout.
