Joseph Steeley is currently missing
LANCASTER Police have issued an appeal as they have significant welfare concerns for missing 12-year-old Joseph Steeley.
Joseph was last seen on the night of August 10, at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary after being taken there with a head injury.
Poice ask people to call 999 with immediate sightings, citing reference LC-20220810-1479.
