A CARLISLE teenager accused of an attack which caused a young man actual bodily harm has opted to have his case dealt with at the city’s crown court.
Prosecutors say 19-year-old Mason Nunn committed the offence in Lightfoot Drive, Harraby, on Wednesday, June 22.
The defendant, of Sunnymeade, Carlisle, did not formally enter a plea to the allegation but did exercise his right to have the case sent to Carlisle Crown Court.
District Judge John Temperley sent the case there for a hearing on September 2.
Nunn is likely on that occasion to be invited to enter his plea.
He was granted bail on condition that he has no contact with the alleged victim.
