A CARLISLE Crown Court judge is to deal with the case of a young man who is facing five alleged drugs offences.
Daniel Campbell, 24, of Cant Crescent, Upperby, has yet to formally enter any pleas to the charges he faces. During a brief hearing at the city's Rickergate court, those charges were listed as follows:
- Possessing cocaine with intent to supply on August 18 last year.
- Possessing amphetamine with intent to supply on the same date.
- Possessing cannabis with intent to supply, also on August 18last year.
- Offering to supply cannabis between January 28 last year and March 11.
- And offering to supply cocaine over the same time period.
The defendant will appear at the crown court on August 26. In the meantime, he was granted unconditional bail. Campbell will be asked to enter his pleas when he next appears in court.
