VL Aesthetics for Carlisle have been shortlisted in the industry’s top safety awards for the second year running.
The medical aesthetic clinic is once more in the running for best clinic as a finalist in The Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards 2022.
Launched nine years ago, the awards celebrate the companies, professionals and brands that go the extra mile for their clients, patients, and industry.
They are the most rewardingly hard to win in the business, but are an instantly recognisable accolade that demonstrates to the public and industry that excellent work has been measured and rewarded.

Managing director Vanessa Brown said: “The Safety in Beauty Diamond Award is a reward for the rigorous commitment to a stonewall belief in the solid pillars of safety, excellence, and dedication.
"We are over the moon to be finalists in the Best Clinic of the Year category - we are up against some big names in the whole of the UK.
"This award highlights how we are putting Carlisle on the map when it comes to the best clinics in the UK.
"It also highlights the dedication and commitment of our team to provide the best the industry has to offer.
"It recognises our commitment to safety in the industry: we are Care Quality Commission registered, we now have a defibrillator on site, plus qualified staff members, and we have excellence status and two practitioners on the Save Face register.
"Last year, this award was won by one of my colleagues, Dr Munir Somji from Dr MediSpa who has three clinics in the UK located in Knightsbridge, Loughton and Marleybone, so this shows how prestigious the award is and myself and the team are so proud," she said.
The ninth awards ceremony and gala ball will take place on December 3 at the five-star Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane, London.
The event will host more 750 clinic and business owners, aesthetic professionals, brands, manufacturers, distributors and media.

All funds raised by the annual event supports the on-going work in helping survivors of botched cosmetic procedures legally and emotionally.
