THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder after a group of men were reported to be fighting in Carlisle city centre on Friday.
Police were called on Friday, July 22 at 7.05pm after a report of a group of men fighting – initially on Botchergate then in The Crescent.
Officers attended the scene and three men – two aged in their 30s and one in his 40s – were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
All were subsequently released under investigation.
