CUMBRIA Firefighters are tackling an incident at the derelict Princess Hall, Princess Avenue in Workington.
According to reports Princess Street has been sealed off as crews extinguish a fire at the former dance hall near the town centre.
Emergency services are responding to the ongoing incident.
Cumbria RoadWatch said: "Princess Street #Workington CLOSED due to the Fire Service dealing with a fire at Princess Hall. Please avoid the area."
