OFFICERS searching for a missing 13-year-old from Carlisle are appealing for anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to make contact.

Summa Herald was last seen yesterday afternoon, July 11, after leaving school in Wigton. She was to travel home by train but did not arrive.

A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "Officers believe she may be in the Wigton or Maryport areas.

"She is described as of slim build with very long dark brown, dyed, hair.

"She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a grey hoodie underneath and black leggings.

"Anyone who has information regarding Summa’s whereabouts is urged to contact police."
