DRIVERS are being warned to expect delays on the A66 near Penrith after a lorry has broken down on the stretch of road.
Cumbria Road Watch have reported on social media that queues on the A66 in both directions at Warcop are forming due to a broken down lorry at Hayber Lane.
Drivers are warned to expect delays.
