Police have sealed off the road
A CARLISLE street was reopened following a police incident on Thursday evening.
Cumbria Police had sealed off Devonshire Walk near Carlisle Castle following reports that a man was on top of the walls.
Emergency services responded and more than seven police vehicles surrounded an area near Carlisle castle.
At 8pm the incident had been resolved. The condition of the man has yet to be determined.
