"Whether that’s supporting them to find roles across our own operations, or working for the technical and engineering companies who we support every day.

"There are such a vast and wide range of transferrable skills that service personnel develop whilst selflessly serving our nation, so it’s always an absolute pleasure to be able to guide and support them to find a new career direction after leaving the military that they’ll find just as rewarding.

"Service personnel bring with them experience, knowledge and value that is unrivalled – so we actively encourage our clients to consider ex-forces candidates for roles within their business, understanding the mutual benefits this employment can provide."

"Once signed up, organisations can work towards achieving bronze, silver and gold in the Employer Recognition."

“It’s important to us that we continue to develop our support for the Armed Forces community, and ensure we don’t stand still.

The Employer Recognition Scheme provides a great opportunity for us to do just that. We’re delighted to have now achieved the bronze award, and will being working towards the progressive levels."
