A CUMBRIAN based PR and communications agency is planning further expansion and heading for £1million in annual revenues after recording four consecutive years of over 40 per cent growth.

32West, which is celebrating its four-year anniversary, was founded in Cumbria and now has four regional bases in Newcastle, Carlisle, Liverpool and South Lakeland.

32West director, James Higgins said: “We have enjoyed a period of significant success, made possible by a robust strategy and a fantastic team.”

The firm says that client demand for the company’s services continues to grow, including for videography, social media, and PR and content services.

James said: “Being named earlier this month in the top 150 companies in our industry outside of London, and in the top 20 PR agencies working with the public sector, is recognition of our increasing presence across the North of England and our growing reputation for delivering outstanding results for our clients.

“Breaking through the £1million annual revenue barrier is well within our reach and will represent an incredible milestone in 32West’s journey to date.”

32West introduced a ‘work from anywhere’ policy to allow its team flexibility of work location, recently launched a mental health charter, is working towards an environment charter, as well as having its ISO9001 accreditation recently reaffirmed.

The company has also supported the team financially with the cost-of-living crisis by covering the National Insurance increase, shares the company’s success through a staff bonus scheme, and offers other perks such as every team member gets their birthday off work as a paid holiday.

James said: “32West’s mission is to ‘Make a positive difference every day’ and that all starts with our people. We are focused on ensuring 32West is a great place to work where people enjoy being part of a creative team, delivering the best possible service and achieving their full potential.”
