Engineers and project managers who have worked on the innovations will be on hand to talk through the projects in detail and answer any questions. In addition, there are a number of tech talks, demonstrations and tours of the workshops scheduled throughout the day.

Mark Telford, Forth’s Managing Director, said: “We sometimes take for granted the amazing work we carry out within the company as it is all in a day’s work for our team.

“But I am constantly in awe of the groundbreaking innovations, and the new ways of thinking, which come from the team across the company, and we think it would be a great idea to share these with fellow businesses who also make a big difference to the industry to allow them to get a taste of the work we are capable of here.

“It’s a great opportunity for people to lift the covers and see what goes on here, and a chance to ask questions of our exceptional team that they might not get an opportunity to otherwise.”

Forth is offering all attending businesses a free engineering problem solving service in which its experts will arrange a no obligation solution meeting to any problem statement presented on the day.

From there, the team at Forth will provide the businesses with options on how to solve the problem.

While Forth’s Engineering Open Day is free of charge, people must register their interest via https://forthopenday.eventbrite.co.uk.
