NEWSQUEST North and West Cumbria titles have partnered with Sellafield Ltd to raise awareness for the West Cumbria Mental Health Partnership.
As part of the campaign, entitled Mental Health Matters, a five-part video docu-series has been produced.
Today, we launch the second video as we shine a light on iCan Health & Fitness and Wellness Walks.

At the end of this month, we will be revealing those being honoured for supporting others through a difficult time or who have gone above and beyond to raise funds for a mental health charity.
