Multiple fire engines were called to put out a house fire on Christmas Eve.
Fire crews from Carlisle East and Brampton fire stations were called to reports of a building fire on Warwick Road, Carlisle on December 24 at about 9.45pm.
The fire involved a ground floor kitchen of a two-story domestic property.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one positive pressure ventilation fan and one thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately fifty minutes.
