CELTIC hero Chris Sutton has questioned the attitude of Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos amid his form dip.

The Colombian attacker is on the cusp of 100 goals for Rangers but he failed to find the back of the net in last night's Europa League clash against Brondby.

Sutton recognises how talented Morelos is, but he believes his attitude is playing a part in his struggle to hit his personal landmark.

Sutton told BT Sport: “He (Gerrard) publicly called him out a little bit. He’s such a frustration Morelos because he’s such an important player.

“He’s scored more European goals than any other Rangers player than history, even Ally McCoist who has bagged a few. He’s such an important player for Rangers, but he’s not firing.

“He looks like he’s not conditioned himself probably, but if he clicks Rangers are going to be in a much better place because he’s such a talent.

“I think it’s attitude with him. He needs to knuckle down, get himself in better condition, and he’ll be a happier player and Steven Gerrard will be happier.

“He has so many good assets and goalscoring is one of them but he needs to get himself in the proper condition.”
