TWO men have been charged following the discovery of cannabis with an estimated value of £1.6million.
The cannabis was discovered in a disused building on West Walls, Carlisle.
Iljar Jaho, 42, and Andiol Mucolli, 25, both of no fixed abode, were charged with production of cannabis as a result of investigations launched following the find on Tuesday.
Both appeared before Carlisle’s magistrates’ court and were remanded in custody until a later date.
Officers continue to thank the public for all information supplied to police and would ask people to report any suspicious circumstances at any buildings to 101.
