MAGISTRATES have fined a Maryport teenager who has admitted using threatening behaviour.
Scott McClure, 19, of Mulgrew Close, committed the offence on Friday, September 24, Workington's Magistrates' court was told.
The charge states that the teenager "intended the person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him."
McClure was fined £140, with £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
He was told he can repay his £259 debt to the court at a rate of £20 per month.
