THE Farmer Network is recruiting for the Farm for the Future programme, coordinated by The Prince’s Countryside Fund and funded by Defra’s Future Farming Resilience Fund.Through a series of workshops and one-to-one support.

The programme will help farmers to better understand how the changes to farm support payments will affect the future of their businesses. It will provide business skills so farmers can manage the upcoming changes, make informed decisions about the future of their farm business, and maximize the opportunities offered by the new ELM schemes. Any tenant or owner-occupied farm currently in receipt of BPS in England is eligible to join. Workshops are being organized by Farmer Network at locations, including at Cockermouth, Penrith and near Broughton in Furness.
